weedheads won two court victories this week, and it appears the tide is beginning to turn towards sensibility. first, a federal appeals court ruled that doctors can no longer be punished for prescribing marijuana to their patients. and second, and even better, a texas criminal appeals court ruled that the odor of marijuana does not grant police permission to conduct a warrantless search. let’s hope this snowballs…
